Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) tokens are available at the New Bern Farmers Market Information Booth.
To receive SNAP tokens bring your EBT card to the Information Booth. Snap tokens are wooden with black lettering & can only be used to purchase food items that are not hot & eaten on premises.
Ask the Market Staff if you have questions about what vendors are eligible to receive these tokens. They should all have a sign saying they will take tokens.
Please note that as per USDA rules, vendors are not able to give change on token purchases so plan accordingly and consider using a mix of tokens and cash.
